Shipping costs for parcel post:
- For orders within the Netherlands we charge €7.50 in shipping costs for home delivery for orders under €150,-. If you choose to collect your package at a pick-up point, you only pay €5.50. Good news: is your order €150,- or more? Then shipping is completely free!

- Similar conditions apply for deliveries to Belgium and Germany. For orders under €150,- you pay €9,50 for home delivery and €7,50 for delivery to a pick-up point. Do you order for €150,- or more? Then we will send your package for free!
We understand that you can't wait to get your hands on your new purchases, which is why we ship packages on working days from Monday to Friday.
If you place and pay for your order before 11pm on one of these days, you can expect your package to be shipped the next working day via DPD.
Our close collaboration with DPD ensures that your package arrives at its destination quickly and safely.
In most cases, packages within the Netherlands are delivered by DPD within one day after dispatch.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation in your email. In this you will also find a handy track & trace code with which you can easily follow your package.
Although we do our utmost to deliver your package on time, we unfortunately cannot always guarantee the exact delivery date.
Delivery services can sometimes experience busy times, which can affect the speed of delivery, but we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
When actually delivering your package, we rely on the advanced GPS address identification of our delivery partners.
This ensures that your package arrives at the right destination safely and efficiently.
